Ok, you are not paying for a 4 start hotel here!! The room and sheets are not the cleanest ever. But you get AC, fridge, safe, shower with hot water in a decent room. However you get the BEST location on the island!! Exactly half way between both beaches, right in town next to all the restaurants and bars, yet just out of the way enough to get quiet sleep (as the town gets loud at night). Regardless of where you want to walk to, this is a great central hub! In addition Jon (the owner) was super nice and very helpful. If on a budget, you really get a good deal here :)

Right in the centre, clean, air conditioned, good rooms. Don't expect the earth and you won't be disappointed.

Noisy at night. Although it was a convenient location. Clean comfortable room. Wifi in the room worked well and was included!

If you need just to sleep somewhere for 1-2 nights - its ok.

Okay hotel if you're not planning to spend a lot of time in the room

Hotel is very cheap with air conditioning in the center of the city. There is a very laud music from Irish pub, so it is difficult to sleep (until 2am). If you are lucky you can sleep in another bulding, but I do not know how it is there. Phi Phi is generally very laud. AC is blowing directly to the bed. Bathroom is smelly and disgusting. I suggest to take another accomodation and spend a bit more money.

We were not at all happy about our stay in kinnaree house! The pictures are completely misleading and the hotel is run down to say the least! We had no running water on our second day (reception said the pump was broken) so we had to go to a sister hotel to shower, not ideal! The toilet made a very loud noise for about 5 minutes after flushing it (something we wer told could not be fixed) and the towels were far from fresh!! Overall, I would not stay there again if my life depended on it!
