Awesome, this hotel was excellent and a ski slope inside the hotel. It's all themed around the ski and snow theme, food excellent and they have thought of all the extra touches such as dripping water sounds of melting ice in the toilets. Highly recommended

Really nice hotel, pretty new and it has a built in year round set of ski hills. Has a lodge like feel on the inside. Breakfast was very good and a decent value by EU standards. The reason for the less than perfect service score was that the check in staff messed up my car request for the following day. Otherwise top scores. It pretty much is in the middle of nowhere and a farther than I expected from the airport.

This is a beautiful hotel with fantastic staff. Nothing was too much bother for any of them. The facilities were brilliant and we enjoyed the skiing very much. The size and standard of the rooms was great and everything was sparkling clean. The food was lovely and very reasonably priced. They even did a special dinner for us when the restaurant was closed one night. I highly recommend staying here. The only tiny drawback was that it is a little bit far out from Neuss and public transport so we had to get taxis every day.

This hotel is decorated like a ski lodge, which is a bit disconcerting as the countryside is very flat outside. However it is very new and everything worked well in the room. I enjoyed the shower in the room (no bath) particularly. The hotel was also easy to find as the indoor ski slope is very tall and can be seen from quite a distance away. There were always spaces in the car park. The gym and spa appeared well equipped and continued the mountain theme in their decor. I used the hotel as a base for travelling in the area, and the location was fine for access to the motorway

Hotel excellent as usual, hotel bar not much atmosphere, had dinner at the adjoining ski hall, food was lovely but service was unusually bad. Breakfast overpriced. Spa and leisure facilities excellent, only one bad point the sauna was not available to use in the morning.
