Nakamuraya Ryokan

Nice ryokan close to many places. Friendly staffs and easy to travel around

Truely had a wonderful stay, the staff are very nice and friendly. We were there during the recent earthquake and everyone there went out of their way to ensure we were ok and had enough food etc. When we had to extend our stay due to the airport being closed, they did all they could to accomindate our need for additional days etc. By the end of our trip, they felt like family. This kind of caring is lost at bigger hotels. Treat yourself to the experience of staying in a traditional style Japanese room under the care of this hotel staff, will not hesitate to stay there again.

Very nice place in the heart of Sapporo. Friendly staff and great location Most staff were very friendly except for the elder guy in the suite (the owner ??) Really nice place, but be noticed, it is a smoking lobby !!

Lovely hotel, about 10 mins walk from Sapporo station so easy to get around. Staff very polite and helpful and speak some English which proved very helpful. The a ryokan makes it an authentic experience and was comfy to sleep. Heated toilet seats are a novelty!,

Quite close to Sapporo main train station, convenient to walk around the neighborhood. Loved staying in traditional Japanese tatami room, the staff makes your bed for you and were very friendly and polite. They make you tea and give you mochi when you arrive. Took advantage of the communal hot bath that's open 24 hours. The breakfast was delicious and abundant, definitely worth the small price.

Loved staying in traditional tatami room and having access to small onsen on the 2nd floor. The owner and staff were all very nice. Breakfast was very good and plenty, definitely worth the small price. Very convenient location, short walk to central train Station and other sights. Perfect for a short stay.

We stayed here for three nights and were welcomed by very friendly staff. Our rooms were clean and warm and very comfortable. The onsen was relaxing after a day’s sightseeing. I can recommend the breakfast as well.

I was with my family total of 5 people. Hotel was quite small but relatively good size for accommodation in Japan. It took us around 10 minutes to Sapporo Station but there were plenty of subway walk where you can escaped the cold weather. On our arrival we received a welcome dessert and tea. House keeping was great and they promptly responded to your request. They also prepared your bed too. Their onsen was separated male and female. It was a bit small but that’s where I spent time with my sister at night bath. They have their own toilet and bathroom. We didn’t get to try meals at the hotel as there were plenty of restaurants around.
