Excellent stay. Would have liked a room with a view, but overall excellent. Wonderful breakfast. Nice location. Very friendly staff.

Wow. Perfect location. Pool and Beach out your door and an easy 5-10 minute walk to everything in town . Nice breakfast. Clean, modern and stylish room with a great view. Property well maintained and the staff couldn’t be nicer.

We had a great beach stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with regards to helping plan our days. Situated right at all the fabulous beach restaurants and walking distance into the port town for more restaurants and shopping.

Hotel property & location were lovely. We appreciated the proximity to adjacent beach bars & easy walk into town and shopping. The beach (just a few steps away) was perfect for swimming and not too crowded. We rented the onsite beach beds each day and also enjoyed two very clean onsite pools. Adjacent beach bars were great for an afternoon snack and drink. We enjoyed walking into town for dinner each evening. Onsite breakfast was nice. Food at the pool bar and beach chairs was good, however the service was horrible. After a few days it became very frustrating to watch the multiple food & beverage staff members sit around vaping, on their phones or flirting with each other while no service was provided. Our beach order was blatantly forgotten one afternoon (when all staff members were just standing around), so after waiting for 45 min with no return staff, I just got drinks from the neighboring restaurant and continued to do so. The rude F&B service staff really left hindered our enjoyment. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient. All front desk staff except Frieda were lovely to interact with. If you are okay without pool and beach service, I would recommend this hotel. Otherwise, I would look for a more guest focused resort.

Nice hotel in good location, within steps of the beach. Maria was the most wonderful hostess/concierge, helping us with any issues like where in town to find cheap luggage, arranging a car rental, etc. the hotel offers a laundry service for 20 euros for a generous sized bag. There were a few issues with a loose bathroom faucet, the laundry drying rack was broken. The breakfast was very good, but drinks at the hotel bar were overpriced and not good.

This property has it all: nice rooms, wonderful staff, pools, beach chairs, and walking distance to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel with lovely staff, it’s in a brilliant location less than 1 minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The food onsite is great with lots of variety, I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

The customer service is excellent. The property is beautiful and perfectly maintained. The rooms were comfortable and very nice.

Stayed for 3 days. My room was never cleaned! No phone available in the room to call reception! No porter service before 11am! Not at all impressed with their services. It will not be my first choice when I come back. When I complained they told me that I should have asked them to clean the room. In other words, it was my fault.
