Wifala Thematic Hotel

The hotel and staff were fine but I should not of gone to such a high altitude. I had to cut my trip short and miss the ruins. Nice bed and breakfast

We we only there for 10 hrs but the staff right away took care of us. We got in late and didn't get any drinking water because the stores were closed but the staff went and got us some bottled water AND a hot water bottle to keep warm! Breakfast was really good.

Just spent a shirt night before an early flight out. Felt a bit unsafe.

This is a very nice little hostel / hotel up on the hill behind the Plaza de Armas. It's a bit removed from the action which means you'll need to walk to get to things, or taxi it, but it's not so loud as other options. The decor is very cute and the shower was hot and great pressure. This was the best shower I had in Peru. It's a little overpriced if you order online, so just take that into account.

Exceeded my expectations and was the best place I stayed at in Cusco even compared to hotels that charged more than twice the price.

The hotel is brand new and beautifully decorated, but the beds are horribly uncomfortable and the hotel is extremely noisy. The walls are so thin you can hear every conversation in other rooms as if they are in your own room. When the people next door to us took a shower it sounded like they were showering in our room. The noise was very disturbing. The hotel is also very far from the center, and there are so many hotels right in the center that it is not worth the extra distance. We paid a little more money to go here thinking it would be a bit more luxury, but wished we had just stayed at our first place in the center. The rooms are very nicely decorated, the bathroom was really great, nice breakfast and super friendly staff but overall we were less comfortable there than at the cheaper hostel downtown we stayed at the first night.

A little far from the town centre. Clean and friendly but small room and basic breakfast only.

Located about 15 minutes from Plaza de armas walking or 5 minutes away by taxi (6 soles/2$). Staff is pretty helpful, rooms are clean and just big enough with a nice bed. Just be aware that you will need to walk some stairs to the room.

Most horrible stay ever in any hotel. Rooms were so small, the twin beds had to be pushed together. WiFi did not work, which sucked when I'm stuck in a jail sized room because of illness..
