Ballathie House Hotel

Mooi landgoed, netjes, heerlijk bed en douche, maar kamers zijn wel aan een onderhoudsbeurt toe. Dat us ook gepland las ik. Prijs iets aan de hoge kant.

Prijs is iets te hoog voor staat van de kamers nu.

Nothing really

Het prachtige historische gebouw, geweldige oprijlaan, prachtige tuin, zeer goede keuken en alle vriendelijkheid. Een speciaal woord van dank aan de heer die ons in de bar bediende.

La struttura è stupenda, immersa nel verde, sembra di stare in una fiaba. Il personale è molto gentile e la colazione era buona e varia.

Eravamo nell’ edificio fuori dal castello, ma questo non è stato un grande problema dato che la vista era bellissima. Tuttavia ci sono molte cose da migliorare: una parte del letto era sfondata e quindi risultava scomoda. I termosifoni erano accesi al massimo e faceva caldissimo, siamo riusciti a spegnerli ma comunque la temperatura non era piacevole. Infine il phon era davvero vecchissimo. Sono piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza e che, se migliorati, sarebbero all’altezza delle 4 stelle che si attribuiscono.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The hotel offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a quiet getaway. The grounds are spacious, well-maintained, and it was lovely to take an evening walk around the property. The room was excellent — spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection of high-quality food.
