It is close to the barbican which is amazing and the staff where great

Location is excellent. Clean and comfy

The stench of urine when you enter from the road ( can’t be helped drunk people peeing up your door - however cleaner should learn not to mop it further around the stairs ) The smallest washing up cloth with a dribble Of washing up liquid. No coffee machine as advertised . Coat hook broken .

Location and the property was lovely.. a little difficult to find but otherwise really good. The crockery could do with updating but everything else was great

The services company and not great… gave me the I correct WiFi details so missed some meetings as a result.. also requested late check out and paid only to be contacted at 09:00 on the day of checkout to say request had been declined and I had an hour to vacate

The place smelt of old smoke, and you could even smell cigarette smoke in the pillows and bedding. Kept hitting my leg on the bed frame as it was very solid and not much room. Very difficult to find entrance to property, needs better signage, then had problems getting keypad to work
