Hotel is centrally located, the staff are amazing, very friendly and polite from the moment we arrived. No lifts so a few steps to the top floors but not too bad. Rooms are clean and comfortable, if a little tired looking. The food we had was very tasty, the only problem was that the restaurant didn't open until 8pm which for us is a little late to eat (being old)

Staff incredibly friendly and attentive. Room was spacious and clean.

The location, very central, caused a lot of noise. Not the fault of the hotel though. It was all outside, especially stray dogs continually barking. Perhaps if you stay longer than 1 night you get used to it.

Very nice people. Prices is good for so much quality. Location is very good. Very food Cuisine, perfect chef Cassim and team is perfect.

We liked all about the hotel.

It was reasonably clean but def more of a traveller hotel.

It was grotty in places. Our sheets weren't that clean. It was quite expensive for what if offered compared to other hotels in Sri Lanka. Also there was a festival with the speaker on a post outside our room. Went on til 2 am! And then started at 7 am.
