They have 2 big swimming pool and a waterpark, private beach, great sunset view

the room condition was bad, some doors are broken and the villa is not well prepared before my arrival. Have to request to change another villa which they did for us which i appreciated it

Близость центра острова

Очень скудный и не вкусный шведский стол на завтрак, который был включен в стоимость номера! Номер старый и неуютный! Персонал весь замученный, медлительный, не хватает хорошего менеджера по персоналу и администратора!

Вообще ничего не понравилось!

Проживали в вилле, в которой стоял запах канализации, на замечания персонал принёс аромасвечку! Номера не первой свежести, из ванных принадлежностей только ватные палочки и зубные щетки. Завтраки скудные, выбирать особо не из чего!

"It would be better if the Hotel could improve the quality of breakfast and beach chairs/sun beds"

The location is good. The staffs are friendly and responsive.

The quality of breakfast is not good as our expectation for a 5 star Hotel. The beach chairs are not in good quality and not as many as for the capacity of the Hotel. The drains in the bathroom need to be odor well controlled.
