Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Aurora

Booking website I used showed a completely different scene of the room I chose. I booked at this hotel because on Booking.com it said there was a whirlpool bathtub, which was the only reason I choose the room. For some reason, despite me purchasing the selection with this feature, when I told the front desk they didn't give any accomodation , display understanding, and instead persisted I provide the proof. This ended up being impossible because the website had changed, or somehow I paid for a room at this hotel under the wrong page, which wouldn't be possible since I ended up having a reservation at Microtel. I understand why they asked for proof, but when I became upset he kept telling me I was wrong and asked what I wanted...I wasn't sure how to answer this, I don't know what they offer... and what was supposed to be an intimate anniversary, ended up being a NOT as advertised. The man on shift was unapologetic and didn't offer any suggestions as to how they could make the night up, even after I tried to talk to him a second time. He insulted me and my partner when we couldn't open a corked bottle of wine stating that "most people don't have an issue with this." we are two women and that was not cool, especially since we felt bad enough as is to ask for help.

Definitely a great place I would highly recommend to other people and family n friends 120% in the future staff are great rooms are great very clean definitely a fantastic place

Everything about our stay was excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to assist with anything we needed. We especially enjoyed the pool and the hot tub in the spa area — both were clean, relaxing, and a great way to unwind. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options, and everything was fresh and well organized. The location of the hotel is convenient, and the parking was easy and hassle-free. Overall, a wonderful experience — I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Very satisfied with our stay at the Wyndham Microtel. The staff was very friendly and there were so many little details that delighted our children.

Good location. Clean and new. Great pool. Breakfast is always good, eggs/meats/breads/cereal/oat station. Have stayed here a few times and will keep coming back.

In my opinion/experience I thought that it was not only fun but a great experience the staff are not only nice but also caring the environment is so sweet and caring I would for sure come back
