"Not a good value for money. Would not stay there again and will give me pause before booking another"

Friendly staff. Clean

Small room for money. Very small shower,bathroom. Coffee machine didn’t work properly. Room 215 constant low hum all night. Room situated close to ectrical room and elevators. Breakfast caused stomach aches in both of us.

"Would stay there again."

Location was easy to get to. Amenities around were easy to find. Parking if you are travelling for work and have a trailer is not ideal though.

Would of been nice to have some variety instead of the same options every day. Like maybe a different meat options instead of sausage for the 3 days we were there.

"Amazing"

Sally was awesome from start to finish. We were there for a hockey tournament and she opened up the slide early and late so the kids could enjoy it. She made the kids breakfast bags for our early morning. She even gave a treat bag to the kids on our team who were celebrating birthdays over the weekend. She made this stay amazing!

No housekeeping until after our 4th night despite asking for it several times. The desk clerk even made a note to clean our room on Tuesday and it didn’t get done. On Tuesday night I got a garbage bag from the front desk and emptied our overflowing garbages (they’re very small and don’t hold much!), brought towels down to get replacements etc. our room didn’t get done until the last day of our stay!

"Enjoyed it thoroughly."

Breakfast was good. I like that they had bacon and eggs, not just carbs. Nice pool and hot tub, good staff. Room was clean, comfortable and nicely laid out.

A few suggestions - shower was too low flow and with only a rain head made it hard to clean all areas. A few things were broken but were fixed by the maintenance staff right away. The sink did not seem to be very strong and was 'flexing' when touched.
