"poor customer service"

Room temperature was very warm over 23c. was told by maintenance to just open the window to cool it down when its -30c outside. was told to park out front when loading and received a parking ticket. when questioned they said ya some guest get tickets. when speaking to parking authorities they say you cannot park infront even to load your vehicle as its a fire zone. be carful of the lies the front desk gives you. also not sure how this hotel was on the south simcoe tournament list as its 45mins from every arena. would not reccemend

"Clean, comfortable and GREAT staff."

The staff are phenomenal and they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome. The facility was very clean, the bathrooms even smelled and felt clean and comfortable. We rented out the event room and the pool for a birthday party. Both areas were exceptionally clean and really comfortable. 10/10 would recommend!!

"I would stay here again but would check first if it was in hockey season."

The hotel was great, the staff were very helpful, there was a good choice for breakfast and the location was good for what we wanted to do.

The occupants of the room above us started what sounded like construction work every morning at 2:50am for approximately an hour. I even spoke with reception about it. Also the hockey teams who arrived the following weekend were pretty feral. The parents were so loud in the breakfast/reception area but the kids were running through the corridors shouting, they broke the hand sanitizers and wrecked the posters in the lifts, they were running through the corridor straight out of the swimming pool so things got very wet and slippery.
