Stay With Empire- Dickson Road

I booked with this hotel and when we arrived it was nothing like what we seen in the photos online we had to check more than once to see if it was the right postcode we pulled up and the place we thought it was and we opened the door to been greeted by no one no sign of reception of dated and ran down tried messaging and ringing more than once to get hold of the hotel then when the phone answered no one said anything then when I tried ringing back kept cutting me off when I walked in I went up the stairs and to me shock I saw cigarettes dimps on the floor with tin foil lucky i didn’t have my kids with me I quickly left the premises having booked this for a special day taking my kids up there to open presents what was meant to be a nice hotel what nothing like the pictures online not wanting to y my kids I booked a travel lodge and paid for that we drove over a hour and wasn’t wasting the journey

Nice good space for short stay

Everything was fine just no Wi-Fi password

Not as bad as most reviews say nice looking place once your inside the apartment only problem was central heating wasn't working kept tripping on the fuse box luckily i took my own electric heater heater to keep us warm

As soon as we got there the front door was locked and there wasn’t a key to open it this creepy guy opened door and when we went to number 5 (the deluxe room) he started asking us for things like fags money etc later found out he was sleeping on stairs when my mate went outside for a smoke at night. when we got in the room the kitchen and bathroom was kinda like pictures taken.it was really hard to get the “hot tub” warm .the 2 bedrooms were awful there was stains on floor and on bedding and the door handle was gone and radiator didn’t work. The beds were uncomfortable and so was the sofa the middle sank in. the hall way was dodge and gave you weird vibes. The fridge smelt disgusting like food was left in there to rot before cleaning. They don’t provide toilet roll so if u dare go make sure u take some. I wouldn’t waste your money isn’t worth it!!!!

Ignored when email sent for request

All the reviews say it’s bad, it’s really not bad at all it’s close to the centre. Not bad for a short stay, there was hot water and the only thing that’s ‘catfishy’ is the outside but it’s Blackpool no buildings are amazing. Overall a good stay, didn’t mind it one bit.

Nt enough hot water to fill bath beds are noisy and uncomfortable sofa dirty uncomfortable

DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! Left my partner and I and our two daughters with nowhere to stay for the night after cancelling out booking with no explanation just a couple of hours before we were due to check in. Only advised of the cancellation by email after us emailing them with a query. Have not had any answers or explanation after trying to contact them several times. Absolutely disgusting!!!!!

Lovely place to stay, Could of done with being cleaner as i did have to wipe alot of things down because of the grime, Instructions would of been nice as we couldn’t work the hot tub properly and there was no hot water, Also could only get netflix on the tv as it would not allow us on anything else. With their being residents also there was alot of outside noise.
