Location. The breakfast room and its staff is fantastic. Comfortable beds.

The parking lot gate was not working, we got stuck a couple times and had to wait for staff to manually open gate. The front desk staff seemed like clueless mannequins. Just there for appearances…. Expressionless… unhelpful

Air conditioning didn’t work good at all. I had to move rooms once and the air conditioner didn’t work well in the other room either.
