"Worst hotel experience for Newlyweds"

My husband and I came here for our little honeymoon after our wedding night and to have to deal with the shower not working properly and dripping loudly all night long to waking up to the coffee maker not working and no batteries in the TV remote. When we called management they said they would bring coffee up and we never got it, I had to call back to get it and still took over half an hour. The service in the little daisy was slow and got our food order wrong then charged us still for food we didnt get as well as an added charge to our bill for snacks in room we never touched. For Newlyweds we should have never had to deal with this and for the expensive price of this hotel its just absolutely unacceptable. Very disappointing and will never go back.

This was our honeymoon hotel roght after wedding and our shower wouldnt stop dripping the tv remote didnt have batteries, we had barely any coffee with the coffee maker that couldnt work right. As newlyweds this is not something we should have worried about with the price of this place. Room service was extremely slow. Just a terrible yet expensive experience. Wont be coming back.

Great experience! It belongs to one of the best Thompson property I stayed. Clean lobby, delicious food, and great room. The elm suite gave me a good experience with a huge bedroom. Plus, the spa and pool experience are great especially at downtown Dallas. Highly recommend
