I had an excellent stay at the Thompson Dallas. The hotel is beautifully designed, and my room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. As an Amex FHR guest, I was offered an upgrade, two complimentary drinks, and a $100 property credit, which I used at Little Daisy. Dinner there was outstanding—I had the fish, and my server, Ivan, kindly brought out a complimentary garlic biscuit side dish that was delicious. I also enjoyed a generous breakfast at Little Daisy the following morning (a $75 value included with FHR). The only minor drawback was checkout day. Although late FHR complimentary checkout was confirmed at check-in, two different staff members knocked on my door at different times on departure day to ask if I was leaving, which was a little disruptive. I had to explain both times I should have late 4 PM checkout. Aside from this, the service and amenities were outstanding, and I would be happy to return on a future visit to Dallas.

This is a stunning hotel. Central location was ideal. Facilities were great. It was great to be staying in the hotel and having everything you needed within the same building. I used the restaurant in the hotel and also went to the restaurants, bars, café etc within the building complex. Everything is so convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, from the doormen, to check in at reception, to pool bar service and restaurant staff, everyone was lovely. The interiors of this hotel are beautiful. Definitely will be recommending to friends and looking to stay again myself!

Missed the coffee machine in the room.
