We spent our 40th wedding anniversary here at Finest from October 11-19 and this was our 3rd visit here and our 10th trip overall to the Excellence Collection. We are Diamond rewards members and I have to say this trip had to be one of the best trips so far. We stayed in an EC pool view room and it did not disappoint! Food was VERY GOOD and well the staff… they make this resort what it is! From the moment we checked in to the minute we checked out- everything was just fabulous! Many people say they wouldn’t want to stay at a family resort without children but we could not disagree more. They do such a fantastic job of separating the adults side from the family side that we often felt like we had the entire adults side to ourselves! What truly makes this resort stand out is the service and staff. A few shout outs: Guillermo in the Market Kitchen and also in Dommo, is amazing! Such a warm gentleman whose attention to the little details really impressed us. We loved that he would speak to us in both English and Spanish and went out of his way to remember our likes so he could have it ready each morning during breakfast. Our anniversary dinner was at Dommo and one again, he was just amazing. A true star. Izabella in the Market Kitchen also went out of her way to greet us each morning and ensure we were taken care of. Edwin the EC beach concierge was also super star! We cannot say enough about this man. We are huge beach people and he always greeted us each morning with a smile and ensuring we had a perfect spot and that we were taken care of each day. Another shining star was Yaihara from the spa. Such a special person. From the minute I met her she was like family. So warm and attentive…just love her! Lastly, the BIGGEST star of this resort is Rosaura Lantigua the guest services manager! This young women went out of her way to ensure that every little detail of our trip was top notch! From making us reservations, to popping up to check on us and all the little surprises … she made our 40th wedding anniversary so special and we cannot thank her enough. It truly is the little things that can make a huge impact and she most certainly made a huge impact on our stay! She is a true gem to this resort and Finest is extremely lucky to have her. It is because of her and the staff that we will be returning in October of 2026! Finest Punta Cana has a special place in our hearts and I cannot wait to return and see everyone again!

The facilities were well maintained and the room with private pool was a great addition for privacy and relaxation. The room service is nice and getting the excellence club upgrade is worth it. The food was varied and good quality, same as the drinks. We did not have any food issues. The staff is very friendly and always helps in any way possible to make sure our stay as comfortable as possible.

Why should we paid extra price to be at thè finest club as service which should bé dedicated are not apply especually at pool part

Hooray to Excelllence. Is pure and simple and in the title. If you have the luxuary of going here, please do. Believe me when they say you are family when you visit more than once. This would have been our 8th stay in Excellence resorts and its just everything and more. Of course we have to have favourites! We travelled for 8 hours from the UK and its worth every penny to be able to see Yanisa and Anny from the coffee shop. These women are sensational, personal, friendly, caring a treasure and an complete asset to your company. You should be very proud they are part of your team. Please, please, please give them so much credit. 🤍

Our experience at Finest Punta Cana was nothing short of amazing. They have amazing amenities and very kind people. The imagine kids club was amazing with our 2 year old. Especially Flor, genesis, Glenis, Tania, and Marianny. They treated our child like their own. Always had activities planned and things to do even though the weather wasn’t the greatest. The service and food was very good and everyone was very kind. The room was cold and comfortable.

The hotel is so beautiful the service is wonderful. The he food at the Mexican restaurant was so good. The have nice activities and the entire environment was so beautiful. Araceli from entertainment team was very friendly and nice not only to me but everyone I can with. This is my first time in Dominican and I’ll love to come again.

I LOVED the experience at the Finest Punta Cana. You’re greeted with champagne, assistance with carrying bags to your room, 24 hr room service, and the staff was lovely. JAVIERRRR, my love, such a pleasurable and friendly personality. He made the experience 10x better. My first night, I was extremely Tired and he convinced my friend Jasmine and I to attend Karaoke… best karaoke night ever. ANDRYS made the perfect drinks GUIERLLMO had such a warm personality SAM-ISAEL gave us laughs the entire time FRANKLIN showed his lovely smile, WALLY carried our bags to the room and made sure our stay was great , ORLANDOOO made sure to never have an empty glass love them all. 😊😊😊 I’ll be back Javi, don’t forget me lol. Room service never failed with cleanliness. The only downfall i will say is that our room should have included a pool and upon arrival they stated there was some reconstruction going on. That was the only noise that had to be dealt with and even though he constriction wasn’t extremely loud. Personally i wasn’t upset, the to and view was great either way.

The staff was amazing all the way around - from the front desk to the restaurant staff. Especially memorable was Soledad from Entertainment, she was great - give her a raise!

Staff was great, the kids loved it. Tania, Marianny and Anna took great care of them. The children didn't want to leave the club.
