Food not great. resort nice and clean. workers are very nice. drinks are strong! was very pleased with the fresh fruit selection.

Overall good stay, I would come back with some of those minors needed improvements. Beautiful location, rooms, etc.

I love this beautiful hotel, good drinks, food and staff, dommos restaurant i loved, unique bar antonio but there someone very special for me jeremi from entertainment team he helped me with all i need, the show of the night, day activities, restaurant, this gay make me fell like a home.

We stayed at Finest Punta Cana from October 11–16, 2025, and I’m genuinely heartbroken to say that our first family vacation was a major disappointment. As a mom of two toddlers (ages 3 and 1), I chose this resort because of its reputation as a family-friendly destination with a toddler water park that looked perfect for my kids. My three-year-old had been talking about the water slides for weeks. Unfortunately, the moment we arrived, we discovered the water park was completely closed, something that was never disclosed on the website, in our booking details, or at check-in. When I spoke with the manager, Juan Emilio, he insisted that “everyone else knew” it was closed and claimed the information was online. I checked immediately, and it wasn’t. After searching himself, he couldn’t find it either and then said it had been posted on Instagram. He also mentioned that the water park had been closed for months, which made it even more frustrating that the resort continued to advertise it as open. I looked at their Instagram later and confirmed there was no post about the closure at all. In fact, their most recent posts from September were still promoting the water park. Because of this, our children had almost no water activities to enjoy. The Kids Club was underwhelming, it had very few toys, and when my children tried to play with some items, staff told us that those toys were “for decoration only.” We also met multiple other families during our stay who were equally upset and unaware that the water park was closed before arriving. I had truly looked forward to making this resort a yearly family tradition, but this experience left us feeling misled and disappointed. When a major feature like the water park is closed for months, it should be clearly communicated on the booking site, not hidden or left for guests to discover upon arrival. Until Finest Punta Cana becomes more transparent and honest with its guests, I cannot recommend it for families with young children.

We stayed at the Finest Punta Cana - Excellence where you check in in a private room next to Dommo. From the moment we arrived Rony the bartender made us feel absolutely special and welcomed! He treated us like family and we found ourselves starting our evenings with him at the bar. His creativity in drinks and service is awesome. He’s funny and a true special guy that makes the experience so much more! Thank you Rony! Woot woot to Rony!!

Rony at excellence club lunge was the most amazing experience here he is a great bartender and always takes care of us. Overall though the resort is nice and staff is friendly; Rony is the reason why we will return again. Whot whot for Ronyyyyyyyy!!!!!

Ronny makes great drinks and I would recommend him to anyone. He’s a great guy and knows how to make the absolute best drinks!

Will definitely be back. Really enjoyed my stay, the cleanliness is top notch. Services is great. Keep up the good work

To start, the best thing about this hotel is the customer service. This hotel is the embodiment of a five star hotel. Super accommodating and felt extremely safe during our stay. Jimmy, Gabriel, Miguel, Rafael were very pleasant.
