The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and modern but comfy design. Our favorite was the roof top bar! Excellent views and great drinks and staff. Free parking was a very short distance away so easy to walk to and from with our luggage.

"Great hotel in a horrible town"

To start the hotel was fantastic! When we arrived the valet was extremely helpful and kind. From check in to waiting staff and service personnel all great. Room was very clean and comfortable with great views. Breakfast was excellent, and one of our favorite spots was the Eighteen 85 rooftop lounge. So why 4 star? Columbus is nasty! Walk out of the hotel and down 14th street where the vagrants use it as their bathroom. The town must have some sick relationship with the Bums to put up with this. They spend all day on the pedestrian bridge and panhandle. I even was hit up for money in front of City Hall. If you go, stay in the hotel and no farther than Broadway. Columbus please do something, this town has huge potential!

It’s a great location. It has nice amenities for the property. It’s clean and modern.

For the category, it’s not really impressive. You find similar finish, better entertainment in the room, and simulator better location at the Hampton next door.

Things were not all set up before the event. I didn't like my Guess seeing things been set up still when it was supposed to start.
