"Lovely but pricy"

The hotel was beautiful, it's new and everything was lovely. The roof top bar gives a wonderful view, the room and bathroom was lovely..

My reservation through Booking.com said breakfast was included with my room, but at the hotel they said it was not. So check that carefully before you book, as I found the room rather expensive without breakfast.

They forgot to put in my wife's food order and we waited for almost an hour for a sandwich. They did comp the sandwich, though.

Loved it! We were a little hesitant with the mixed reviews but we had a great experience! It was very clean - though I can see why people might think otherwise (the floors are dark wood and tile and they show every imperfection, it isn’t dirty it’s just imperfect..) We also used the valet and had a great experience. The area is so cool - we walked to several great bars and restaurants in the area. And the upgraded room is SO cool. Had a great view and a huge luxurious bathroom. Felt like a great anniversary staycation for us!
