Libelula Tulum Beachfront Hotel

It was too expensive. I expected so much more. The bill at the end was huge. Be careful of that. It seems like this whole area overcharges The staff did not seem very happy and the two in charge were just not very friendly. They were sort of friendly, but it seemed like a bit of an act. We didn’t really need to hear about one of their three-way experiences with two French girls the first five minutes we met him. Akoma is much better and better priced

Our stay at Libelula felt like we were visiting friends. Our room was located at the beach with a nice terrace and a great view. You’re in the middle of the nature at a very private beach since there are obly 9 rooms and no hotels next to Libelula. During the day the beach bar is open with great music. The food was perfect and also the drinks we’re great. We‘re definetely coming back! The hospitality was outstanding. Special thanks to Jorge and Miguel for being such great hosts and lovable guys. We already miss you guys and Libelula!

Magical place with great people and incredible food. All organic with respect to the nature. Chill place with slow vibe. Perfect for relax. The rooms were spacious with great bed and beautiful view. I wouldn’t change a thing. Excellency experience 🌴🩵

From the moment I arrived at Libelula I was made to feel like one of the family. This is a small and intimate resort where the staff cannot do enough for you. My room was a "Sky Cabana" which was surrounded by trees with the private beach just a few metres away. The food is amazing, all organic and local, the fish dishes are to die for! My only regret is that I didn't book this place for longer.

What a hidden little piece of paradise! Off the beaten path, quiet, friendly, and calming. We stayed in one of the beachfront cabanas and would recommend it to everyone, although the slightly more inland accommodations are just as nice and only a few more steps to the beach. The staff is attentive but not oppressively so. All of our wants and needs were catered to and we always felt relaxed. Kudos to Karla, Armando, Jorge, and all the rest of the amazing people at Libelula!

An unforgettable experience! A mix of freedom with an intimate but fun vibe, set up on a unique location with THE BEST BEACH to relax and connect, either with yourself, with the staff or other guests that might end up being your friends. Truly delicious freshly made food with aunthentic mexican flavor. Never liked cocktails until I tried here. Bed is amazing, rooms are clean and have all the essentials. A place with soul that feels like home. Always in my heart.

Libelula is a surreal, off the grid experience with modern amenities and amazing food on one of the world's most beautiful private beaches. There property's 9 rooms offer an escape from the hustle and bustle - that is still close to it all. Jorge, Armando, and Sam provided excellent service. The bath products were natural, felt great, and smelled otherworldly! On the beach, there are enough daybeds for everyone and the drinks are always close. Great place to quietly relax.

The food was always consistent and amazing. The property is so serene and the location in Sian Kaan Is paradise. The staff is fun and friendly and super welcoming. It feels like one big family when you are staying there.
