The rooms could have been cleaned better

We had a wonderful dining experience at the Sheraton Kosgoda’s S Kitchen restaurant, thanks to the outstanding service from Yadushan. He was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our meal, making sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. His soft-spoken and polite manner made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. Yadushan also took the time to explain the dishes in great detail, which we really appreciated — it added a personal touch and helped us make excellent choices. His efficiency and genuine warmth truly elevated our evening. We’d definitely recommend asking for Yadushan if you’re dining at S Kitchen — he made our experience memorable!

We had a wonderful holiday at the hotel. Starting with the excellent service we recieved from Danushi during the booking of our stay through to the friendly staff at the reception, restaurants and room service. The Hotel is well maintained and kept clean continuously. In particular, the service provided by Sasupun was excellent during our meals. He was proactive and warm. I would also like to acknowledge the below staff as well. They also provided a warm welcome and service, Kalindu, Sahan, Shamika, Dilshan, Shafwan, Senura, Avintha, Manula, Visura.

Danushi from the reservation team was excellent in her commitment for customer satisfaction and communicated with our family.

The good service and excellent food with extended hours of the buffet allow you plenty of flexibility around meal times. The rooms are comfortable and so is the bed. Very friendly staff. However, better care could be taken around the cleaning of the toilet and balconies where the pigeons poo. We weren’t able to enjoy the balcony and view because of all the wet and dry pigeon poo. The pool was great and the waitering staff were on the ball with service. Especially yashodah in the lunch area who was great.

I recently had the great pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel, and I would like to share my sincere appreciation. The property is stunning, featuring a lovely pool area, a nice beach, and spacious rooms. We were delighted to receive a generous upgrade and a thoughtful welcome gift, which made our arrival feel truly special. What made our stay unforgettable, however, was the outstanding service provided by the entire team. From the personal welcome to the warm interactions throughout, we felt genuinely cared for. I would especially like to highlight Sathya, who was always available for any questions or requests and who proactively checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. Her support added so much value to our stay. The restaurant staff were also wonderful. In short, Mr. Gunasekera leads an exceptional team that truly goes the extra mile to create memorable experiences for their guests. We were deeply impressed and felt completely welcome throughout our stay.

The hotel is the best choice for a relaxing vacation because it's away from the chaos of the city. The food was exotic. Thank you @Kalindu and @Alex and the staff for the impeccable hospitality 🤩. We can't wait to come back!

We have just returned from a ten night stay here and it was exactly as hoped. The staff (from the General Manager, Customer Manager, bar and restaurant staff as well as housekeepers and gardeners) were exceptional. A special shout out to Abdullah, Dimutu and Saliya the Executive Chef (I hope I have spelled his name correctly) made my 60th birthday celebration one to remember. I have never felt so special and valued anywhere else so THANK YOU all for the effort you put in. Your kindness and willingness to give so much is gratefully appreciated.

I’ve had a great Spa experience. Had a back, neck and shoulder massage and a 60min Gentlemen Facial. Iresha was the best! If you book a treatment with her you will be in great hands. Felt completely relaxed and refreshed. Would definitely recommend.
