O banho turco não funcionava corretamente. Falta de supervisão no cumprimento das regras da piscina interior.

Great facilities, bars and overall feel of the hotel is great. Staff is always friendly to help and breakfast included in the stay was excellent.

While the bar is great, the restaurant located within the Hotel is extremely expensive when compared to other services and restaurants in that area.

The staff were very attentive and friendly. We loved the welcoming port. The room is spacious and very comfortable, with an amazing view over the valley. The breakfast was really good. The outside pool was good, and the bar by the pool was impeccable.

The room's floor wasn't very clean and the cleaning staff never cleaned it during our stay. The toilet paper stand was broken in our room and also at the wc at the spa/pool. Seems to be like that for a long time. The coffee machine at the breakfast didn't have decaf in any of the days. We had to ask for proper tea (black or green tea) every day, and they brought a teabag. I don't know why they only had infusions on display. The room is missing an electric kettle for making tea or coffee. They are clearly short on staff. There is no one at the spa, the Barmen is both at the pool bar and at the main bar.
