Sehr sauber. Nettes Personal. Gute Lage (nicht ganz im Zentrum, aber recht nah).

Sehr kleine Zimmer. Unbequemes Bett.

Location is pretty good, close to a tram stop and fairly quiet. The bathroom was nice and modern.

There was a toilet brush with chunks of excrement on it, just left there in the bathroom like it didn't matter. The budget double room is very small indeed, which we did know in advance but just want to mention it here. The soundproofing is not great, luckily we didn't have noisy neighbours. The code for the room door didn't work so we used the keycard provided.

I suggest you to take breakfast somewhere else you like. Hotel recommended to have breakfast at "NOT JUST COFFEE" which is beside the hotel, it was just okay. This cafe is not the part of the hotel. Other services at the hotel was nice, i really liked it in good location. Quit, clean and calm, door was operated by codes, City is 20 mins walking distance, off course you can take bus tram anytime just 3 min waking distance.

They don't have restaurants which would be nice, i think. Even you have many of them close by. Though it depends on person. But personally i would love that.

Easy walking distance from Waverley Station. Check in was relatively straightforward Staff helpful Room clean

Dropped bag off early but itvwas placed in an unsecured locker rather than a luggage room/cupboard

Great value for money! The price was excellent for what the hotel offers, and the location is perfect, very close to public transportation, which made getting around the city really easy. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Also, the check-in process was quick and smooth.

The room was comfortable overall, but the downside was that there wasn’t an accessible window, which made the room feel a bit stuffy at times. Also, the bathroom was an accessible/disabled bathroom even though we hadn’t requested one, and it was a little uncomfortable because the shower made the whole bathroom floor wet very easily. Next time, I would probably choose a different room.
