Totally undergone a complete refurbishment to a very good standard. Was met by Antony the owner upon check in who was so attentive and genuine. It was like talking to a family member.

Great location. Clean room and bathroom. Excellent shower. Overall good value for money.

Room had no window, just a skylight. It was cell like. Bed somewhat uncomfotable.

the staff was amazing and the location was ideal. there were pubs coffe shops and shop nearby. there were also good connections by bus and tram that run to airport and Waverley station (walking distance 25 min)

Very good location, very easy check in/out and very helpful staff.

It was not clear for me that the room had no windows. We were not there too much so it was not a problem but it should be clarified before.
