The hotel is wonderful! The staff were extremely kind, the location is perfect, the room is very cozy, and the heating works perfectly. I would definitely stay there again whenever needed.

Lack of control for the window blind (in a skylight) meant no natural light.

Sasha, the receptionist, was an absolute gem. She made sure I had all my needs met and was kind, courteous, informative and friendly. She really made this stay special! The access to the tram line was excellent, and the adjoining coffee shop was a delight. I was suspicious of this place due to the cheap cost, but it really did outstrip my expectations.

The bed was unfortunately a little uncomfortable, and the coffee bar was closed which could have been useful. The non-property digital service staff and contact leaves a little to be desired. The room code system was also cumbersome. This isn’t luxury, but it is absolutely serviceable for a short stay if you need a landing zone and a bed.
