The location is very good, near to bus stop and convenient shop. The room is clean, big and very comfortable.

The washing machine and dryer is in another room.

The hosts let us check-in early and were very quick to reply to any questions we had. The room was very nice and tidy, and the provided lounge area with a fridge and kettle was very useful. It was also conveniently located for walking and bus routes to see things in Kyoto like Nijojo castle, Imperial Palace, Kinkaku-ji etc
