Hotel Caracol Puerto Morelos

Comoda, vicina al centro, staff discreto e gentile.

Un po’ di rumore ma non disturba molto. Essendo vicino alla via dei ristoranti è normale.

Great location, friendly staff, great shower, fridge in room, AC, nice roof top patio (but had no reason to use). The little French bakery in front of the hotel has amazing croissants, the best lattes in town, and fair pricing.

No where to hang wet clothes, no filtered water provided. Room was very small and had little natural light, only a chair and a couple of hooks, bed was very hard, no pool. Overpriced for what you get.

It is right in the heart of the village.Great for those who love to feel their location+activities Staff polite+assistance was appreciated. Plan to return next year for another stay. .

Stairs getting up to room .Ramino was very helpful with assisting in this. Limited by personal physical abilities. Coffee maker in room would be a nice addition to start the day.

Este hotel tiene muy buena ubicación. Todo está cerca. Y siempre muy limpia la habitaciòn. Es lo unico bueno de este hotel!!

No me gustó, porque no tiene closet, y no tienes donde colgar la ropa. La puerta del baño no cerraba completamente, y se atoraba mucho lo poco que uno la podia cerrar. La ventana que dá para afuera, la cortina estaba muy chiquita y te podrían ver de afuera para adentro, muy incomodo. Si eres una persona con problemas para caminar, no vayas a este hotel, no hay elevador y las escaleras estan super inclinadas, y muy peligrosas para subir a los cuartos. Yo no recomiendo este hotel, no volveria a quedarme.

Spacious room with two queen beds, very clean. Large bathroom, plenty of hot water. Air conditioning very efficient. Close to shops and cafes. No parking on site but finding on-street parking nearby wasn’t a problem.

We were there on a Saturday night and the live music from a nearby bar was very loud, but that isn’t the hotel’s fault. Take ear plugs! The hotel charged us more than the total cost (including taxes) stated in our booking; we’re unsure if this was a mix-up, and our Spanish wasn’t good enough to sort it out.

Het hotel ligt op een top locatie, tegenover een leuke bakker en ontbijtplek en dicht bij verschillende restaurants. 5 minuten lopen naar het strand.

We hadden een kamer aan het einde van de gang en daar was de muziek die elke avond tot een uur of 23 is wel heel goed te horen. En de 2-persoons bedden zijn vrij smal.
