Hotel Caracol Puerto Morelos

La ubicación a 2 cuadras del mar. Habitaciones cómodas y limpias. En general buena experiencia. Sí recomiendo.

Estuve hospedado en la habitación número "5" de la planta baja. Y no me gustó: La iluminación interna con focos amarillos estilo vintage. Eso hacía más oscuro el cuarto, de preferencia usar focos de luz blanca. Y se me olvidó decirle a la recepcionista que: falla la palanca del depósito del W.C. no se llena el tanque correctamente para su desagüe. [Favor de revisarlo el plomero].

Tiene muy buena ubicación y precio accesible.

Great location.

The hotel is way more characterful than I expected. It's really beautifully done with lovely furnishings. There is also a big roof terrace with loungers that overlooks the mangroves and it feels very gorgeous and jungly. The location is just a few minutes from all the nice restaurants and the beach but it's quiet at night, we slept really well. The staff were lovely and friendly and the rooms were spotlessly clean.

Rug in the bedroom seemed a little dirty and I wish there were better dead bolts to lock the room, but otherwise this place was great for a brief stay. Not much storage space to hang clothes but our room did have a small fridge. Loved the area around - easy to walk everywhere and very beautiful greenery.

Close to store, beach, market,

The actual room was in the middle so fairly sound proof other than opening the window with a screen during the night. It was wonderful to have shampoo & soap dispenser and a hand soap at the sink. 2 towels were perfect & the mini frig worked great. Every area was kept really clean & I witnessed the lounger covers being taken & cleaned! The rooftop area was a treat to be outdoor with an opportunity for sun or the covered palapa.

The room would score higher had I been given the option of a fan as I only use A/C to take adjust the initial temperature. As well there wasn't any warm, let alone hot water in the shower or sink.

Bon emplacement, mais difficile de dormir à cause des bruits provenant de la rue et sourtout de la structure même, chambres pas insonorisé. On endand la télé ou la chasse de l'eau des autres chambres. L'eau de la douche à peine tiède.
