Grand Sunset Princess - All Inclusive

I have had the pleasure of staying at GSP many, many times. I enjoy the Platinum accommodations because you can always move to the party areas and of course there's the Platinum area on the beach. The renovations are very impressive, I so enjoyed the Brazilian restaurant Sumauma. As always the service by all was friendly and helpful. Walking first thing in the morning, you can encounter so many types of wildlife because Mother Nature is alive and well at GSP. Thank you so very much....see you again very soon !

Food was repetitive and boring, The restaurant has no names which was very confusing and got a NoroVirus infection of eating the food from the buffet last day when leaving. Came the day before yesterday and still going through this infection for me and my wife

Cannot fault anything. Hotel is beautiful, the grounds are stunning, lots of wildlife, birds, deer, iguanas, monkeys. Plenty of bars, lounges and restaurants. All staff have been attentive, efficient and friendly, noting is too much trouble. The rooms are spaces, stylish and a/c is very welcoming. The hotel run a frequent golf buggy ‘bus’ from one end of the property to the other, which is great as it is so hot! The beach is close with a lovely beach bar, towels/sun loungers freely available. Unfortunately there is a problem with seaweed, but if you walk further down the beach it’s better. Highly recommend the hotel and would definitely return

Paradise! A week that went by way too fast... ​I absolutely fell in love with this hotel. The grounds are beautiful, filled with wonderful animals (deer, monkeys, coatis...) that make the stay truly unique. As for comfort, everything was flawless: the room was modern, very spacious with both a shower and a bathtub, and the service was impeccable. The facilities are excellent (several superb pools, a fitness center) and the restaurant choices are varied and high quality. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

This is an amazing all inclusive for families and couples and even for a solo trip. The resort is kept very clean. Staff is always welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The check process was very smooth. Ricardo was great and took the time to explain everything to us. The newly renovated rooms are absolutely breath taking. Beds are super comfortable and the pillows are amazing. House keeping does an amazing job everyday keeping the rooms clean and ensuring that we had enough towels and products during our stay. The resort has three major pools. One when the water sides and a kid area, and two huge pool areas with swim up bars. All were kept clean, easy to get towels and the drinks were great. There is a main buffet for breakfast and lunch. Absolutely great and a huge variety. You can eat there everyday and not have the same thing twice. For dinner, there’s 7 restaurants to choose from. Just make sure you make your reservation at the concierge desk. Magdanela is there and she is fabulous. Took the time to explain all the different restaurants and what they offer and she can also make any special recommendations and requests you may have happen. I was able to plan a wonderful birthday dinner for my wife and have a cake come out at the end. All thanks to her! Also there is an all you can eat ice cream bar. The gym is absolutely great, went a few mornings while we were here and it was fabulous. They also have shuttle service to take you to dinner parts of the resort. All the drivers are great but a huge shout to Martin. He is very lively and full of enjoy. He also takes the time to remember you and interact with you to make the experience ever so much better. Over it was a great experience and would love to come back here again. The value we find is very good. Not expensive at all for what is offer at the resort

Muy buena calidad de la comida y muy buena atención del personal.

A nivel de infraestructura tienen pocos ascensores en general y para las maletas es un poco incómodo de bajar / subir. Por otro lado los bell boys dejaron mucho que desear su atención especialmente al momento de mi check out, no fue ameno el trato, fuera de eso, todo ok.

The staff were so lovely, the rooms were beautiful and everything was easy. The buffet restaurant was incredible and the drinks were fantastic.

They only open 2 or 3 restaurants per night, which alternate and move locations, so there isn’t as much choice as we thought. We were also told on arrival we have to book dinner reservations 2 nights in advance, which is difficult when you’re only staying 3 days. However when we went to each restaurant, there were plenty of tables available.

We were at the resort at the end of April. The resort is clean and beautifully maintained. The newly renovated rooms were great and the app made booking at the à la cartes simple. Special shout out to Diego and Orlando at the swim up bar for making sure we stayed well hydrated all week!
