Personnel très sympathique et particulièrement efficace. La qualité de la nourriture et sa diversité. La présence de nature et d'animaux sur le site. Beaucoup de services et d'animation dans la résidence.

Nécessite absolument la voiture pour bouger à playa del carmen (20 min), Chichen Itza (2h30), Tulum ruines (1h)... Présence forte de sargasse sur toutes les plages, rendant impossible la baignade

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Sunset Princess and wanted to highlight a few things that made our trip memorable. First, we have to recognize Diego, the bar attendant at the Bar Plaza. He provided exceptional service every single day. His drinks were fantastic, and he was incredibly friendly — we even talked about his family and his 12 years working at the resort. He truly made our evenings more enjoyable. The resort grounds are beautiful, and one of the unexpected highlights was the wildlife. We saw coatis, deer, monkeys, and plenty of lizards. The biggest surprise was a tiny little snake that swam past me while I was floating in the pool — it scared the life out of me, but it definitely made for a memorable story. The beach itself is gorgeous, but during our stay there was a lot of seaweed and a strong smell. That part was disappointing, though we know it’s something the resort can’t fully control. We really enjoyed the restaurants — most of them were exceptional. Our least favorite was the French restaurant, where the food was served lukewarm, but everything else we tried was delicious and well prepared. One fun thing we noticed: the resort seems to be a favorite among Canadians. We met so many friendly people from Canada throughout the week. We didn’t meet anyone from the States until our last day, which became a running joke for us. Overall, we had a great experience and appreciated the warm service, especially from Diego. We would definitely consider returning.

Unfortunately, the beach was not so great: entering the sea was quite difficult because of the many rocks, and there was also a significant amount of sea grass. However, we appreciated the effort of the staff, who worked continuously to keep the beach as clean as possible.

Пляж был ужасным , с водорослями и очень мелко , долго идти до глубины. С таким пляжем можно было сделать хотя бы пирс , чтобы нырять сразу в глубокое место
