Grand Sunset Princess - All Inclusive

This is a beautiful newly renovated hotel, with friendly staff and great food in the buffet. The rooms were renovated and the surroundings are stunning.

We were disappointed with some of the bookable restaurants, as well as the range of included activities being quite limited.

Très jolie hôtel avec plusieurs animaux en liberté. Les piscines sont vraiment très grandes.

Attentive staff, felt cared for. Some knew us by name! Food was excellent, drinks were strong, beach and pool were pretty close! This IS the resort to stay on vacation. Shuttle service around the resort. Concierge Supervisor and staff were amazing. I can not think of anything to make better. See you soon, Grand Sunset Princess.

La habitación muy limpia y así la mantenían, rellenaron a diario el frigorífico, las instalaciones son muy bonitas, los animalitos que se ven es algo hermoso.

A considerar, el hotel es muy grande, hay carritos de golf que te mueven, pasan cada cierto tiempo, pero si no te acomoda el trayecto, si quieres ir de un punto a otro, prepárate para caminar, no es algo exagerado pero si tuvieras alguna lesión o condición que te impida el caminar tanto, debes tenerlo en cuenta.

Il manque des équipements dans les salles de bains , pas de porte savon , pas de crochet pour les serviettes...

We went as a group of 8 adults and 2 kids. Overall the experience was very good. The hotel/resort is very clean. Beautiful rooms and resort. They just need to put shelves in their showers. The resturants vwrre bery good and clean. Food was good lots of options to choose from. We all enjoyed our stay, staff were very nice and friendly. Pools were so nice and clean. We mainly stayed at the kids pool but we also went to the other pools. They always had someone cleaning them. I would definitely go back to this resort. I just wish you could smoke anywhere becUse the reosrt is huge and they had beautiful outside areas to chill at. I also wished the beach was cleaner but thats not in their hand; its mother nature. Also they need more fun night entertainment becUse it does get boring at night. Overall it was a really good experimce verh relaxing for all of us.

I think the person below has written against this hotel by accident! We were able to book an al carte restaurant every night, at whatever time we wanted, with ease using their website provided at check in. Each restaurant had impeccable staff and food. The concierge, guest services and reception are THE most caring, efficient and timely service staff I have experienced. Requests were completed within minutes. Mini bar always refilled, towels, clean room. Clean bars, quick drinks, high quality food at the buffets and drinks at the bar. The beach has white sand and there is a lot of nature. We seen monkies, deer, coati, birds, little stout looking things and even a crocodile near the wedding area! You can book free kayaking and snorkelling. Highly recommend. You can't ask for much more from an all inclusive hotel.

This resort is beautiful. Food was great, lots of pools to choose from, rooms were very nice. I know a lot of people complain there are no shelves in the showers but come on, does this really affect your vacation having to bend down to get your shampoo? No issues booking à la carts on the app, was very easy and we were with a group of 9. Staff are great, especially Orlando and Diego at the swim up pool bar ( tequila pool I think). Regardless, they were the best. Only pool chairs hard to find are the ones in the shade. Beach area is nice but the sargassum was bad when we were there. Beach is rocky but once you pass the rocks it’s beautiful. Good nightly entertainment. We had a fantastic trip and definitely would go back

Las instalaciones súper lindas, habitaciones cómodas, modernas. El trato del personal súper amables. La variedad de comida 10/10 Me encantóóó, lo digo yo que en los viajes soy muy exigente a la hora de buscar hotel.

Lo único malo fue la cantidad de zargazo, lo cual impidió disfrutar del mar (entiendo que es algo que se sale de las manos). Por otro lado recomiendo instalar portajabones en las duchas, ya que no day donde ponerlos.
