Nice place

Beautiful stay in Camiguin . Im from Hubangon originally and currently living in the US. I stay here while visiting family .

The place is homey. I like the food, facilities and the overall ambiance. I love the jogging path that's been paved with bricks. My children love the place so much and they are looking for another staycation next year.

I would say none. Maybe more choices of food that is Asian.

Things got marginally better……lovely physical surroundings pool and the ocean backdrop. But, first day - no tonic, soda water, beer, white wine, fired etc Failed to pick us up at the airport - caught a jeepney which was fun, but we had already paid for transport. No attempt to showcase services at the resort , no tour on arrival, no mention of the gym, no mention that there was a spa, no menus in the room to order food …had to physically walk to the restaurant and place an order etc Staff struggling to do simple tasks - no co-ordination between front and back office - took 45 mins and 5 phone calls to pay final bill. Needs a good manager to upskill their staff in procedures. Big shout out to Newton at the pool who was sensational (and had a wonderful playlist) . The staff here are trying hard and deserve better opportunities to shine in their hospitality roles.

Spent four nights at Nouveau Resort Camiguin and truly enjoyed the experience. Check-in was smooth, and my Premier Room with direct pool access was a delight—spacious, modern, and perfect for unwinding. Love the bed as well, great back support, no shoulder/neck/back sore The pool itself was fantastic, offering a serene escape. I think the largest in camiguin and offers scenic sunrise view! Breakfast had limited options, but everything was fresh and well-prepared. Loved the ambiance of their dining outlets! A huge shoutout to Sir Anthony for his outstanding assistance. His dedication made all the difference. Also, the staff that handled in helping me recover my lost phone by helping me connect with transport service. Overall, a wonderful stay with great hospitality. Would love to return!
