Fantastic stay. Wonderful hotel. Room perfect and the staff amazing.

EXCELLENT STAY, STAFF FANTASTIC, ROOMS COMFY

We were in Wales for a funeral, quite a few rooms booked in total. I booked and paid for 3 rooms and when we left you charged me for a room saying it was outstanding but you had actually put my son in my brother in laws room who hadn’t paid yet. I had no time to argue as my Uber was waiting.

Lovely staff, clean and comfy room. Easy to locate.

Fantastic hotel. Check in staff werent the friendliest and not a warm welcome and hectic. Would stay again as excellent breakfast and breakfast staff very helpful and welcoming. Food was superb. Room was top notch

All the staff we interacted with were excellent. The room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was tasty and the bar was great. The stay was very good value for money. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I was in Newport.

My wife and I had a great stay at the hotel as we were attending an event. We only slept at the hotel so can't comment on all the facilities. However our room was great.
