The Well Inn

No staff there, they were in a different pub where we were asked to pick up keys. No staff in pub we were staying in. A room that was hot, used a fan all night to try to cool the room. Bed had springs coming up from the mattress Taps coming off the sink Shower blocked The Pub we were staying above was not opened. No food available No breakfast available

TV not working, both taps broken.

It was ideal position for our reasons of visit

Had to go to pub next door to eat, and breakfast not included in the price

Great room, clean and comfortable

A week after my stay I received a parking fine of £100. The car park is attached to the Inn but is now managed by a seperate company. Despite registering my car on arrival and appealing the fine by sending my booking confirmation to the car park company it was upheld but reduced. The Well Inn said it was out of their hands and despite acknowledging that I'd been a resident and therefore had a legitimate right to be in the car park I still had to pay a reduced fine. So beware!
