موظف الاستقبال محمود قمه في التعامل. جدا ودود وخدوم. الاطلاله ممتازه قريبه من البحيره ولاكن تحتاج الحذر عند الطلوع

اعمال الصيانه والأشغال للشارع. الممر ضيق نسبيا والمواقف غير مهيئه كفايه

زرته في شهر اكتوبر.. كنت حاجز غرفة ولكن الاخ محمود عرض علينا فيلا نن دورين بغرفتين وجاكوزي بدل الغرفة ترقية مجانية وكان متعاون جدا.. الموقع ممتاز جدا جدا..

للأسف الحرار ما اشتغل والعدة الصحية ناقصة..

we liked the bunglow itself from the inside ut has a jacuzi

the view was horrible.. we were told one hour before we arrived that it has no balcony like the reservation said. we went there for the view on the lake but we didnt see any

The facility is clean and almost brand new and the view on uzungol lake is stunning.

These was bad odor in the apartment which I think is related to plumping work.
