I booked reservation, but when I see the rooms. I left I don’t stay , The place is bad very bad dirty very dirty the person and the front desk very rude , I take a picture from the room,and ad pictures of the rooms……………….. I can’t believe they rent this room in this condition

The smell of cigarettes when come in the hotel. The front desk staff is very rude, not welcoming and there's no room service when I asked for it. No toilet paper was given after I ran out. Weekend

Moving in to my apartment and not having to deal with Blaire at the front desk.

They stopped doing housekeeping halfway through my stay. They make you renew between 11am and 1pm on Friday in person or else you get charged a $30 late fee. If you lock your key in your room, they charge an extra $10 for a new key. They refused to take my payment for my 22 night stay upfront after I told them I wouldn't be able to make that 2 hour window on Fridays. The staff will make things up and lie. One day after accepting my payment including the $30 extra late fee, they said I left my dog unattended in the room and my stay would not be renewed. I had been paying for my dog to be at a sitter's house at the time. The first room they tried to give me had a broken TV. When your key spontaneously stops working, the worker that lives there will say they have an hour to respond, despite being able to gear them from the other side of the lobby doors. If you have groceries, you're at risk if them spoiling because they don't want to do their job. They do not offer refunds and basically act as a collection agency because none of the employees actually do anything to help you. They are only there to take your money. One day before moving in to my apartment, which was the only reason I was staying here, Blaire brought a large man to threaten me in a shirt that was a size too small on him to tell me he would call the police and impound my car if I didn't leave. Worst place I have ever paid to stay. They say things are corporate policy, but I have stayed at other Inn Town Suites and they are nothing like this. The garbage may not be picked up for over a week.

Technically I have no personal or business relationship with InTown Suites O'Hare because I was employed there but I was fired from my job at InTown Suites on 8-9-2024. I am a still staying there resisting eviction. I was terminated from my position as Property Attendant on 8-9-2024. I was also told I had to vacate the premises in 48 hours. I was given ridiculous reasons for the termination and eviction. The new manager has no right to just fire me for no justifiable reason. They should not give me just 48 hours to vacate the property, either. I was given a room to work out of while working at InTown Suites, but also paid for an additional room. Never a problem paying for the room.
