Two men entered my room while I was napping. The door was locked but the latch was not flipped. This was not an accident as it happened to other guests at the property. I went to my car shortly after this incident and was locked out, when on when I came back to the room. I went to the office for assistance and it was locked. I called the number and when I told the situation I was instructed to “calm down” before the manager hung up on me. When I went back to the office he was at the door and ran away from me up a staircase. I ultimately had to call the police to get back into the room and get my possessions, and left with no refund. I spoke with an agent who was understanding, but I was supposed to get follow support from booking which never occurred. I am still waiting for a call, and would appreciate some sort of partial refund or credits because I had to book a different hotel.

I like that the hotel manager put us in a first-floor room with a handicapped accessible bathroom. It made it so much easier for me to shower and get dressed. I heard from a hotel manager from another chain that she worked in 3 different hotels where the accessible rooms weren't on the first floor :(. I loved that we got as many towels and tissue paper as we wanted from staff. The vending machine food was cheaper than another extended stay we were at before. The cleaning crew was always attentive. Even though I didn't use the laundry room, it was nice to know it was there. If they added a gym and just an open space lobby or created a sitting area in the back, just to get out the room sometimes, that would be great!

There were some roach issues, so we kept opened food in the fridge. The paper in our room said that they exterminate on Mondays, but they never knocked on our door to exterminate the 3 Mondays we were there. The sheets and blanket were soft, but thin. One of the front desk managers was more friendly than the other one. The carpets in the bedroom and hallway are dingy and damaged, so it makes the property look dated and tired. The garbage bin area had so much garbage that there were always about 5 feral cats and 1 skunk (!) scavenging. I did see someone finally sweep in the parking lot and around the bin. The side doors in the front were too easy to keep propped open leading to a serious security risk. These should be secured with the only way to go in and out is with a key card. Then you know that anybody that comes in that door either is a paying guest or a guest of the paying guest. All in all, it did the job. It's not the Hilton, but it's also not Hilton price either so, expectations have to be adjusted.

This is one of the worst customer experiences of my life. All of the managers here need to be fired. Do not stay here. Oh and the rooms are just terrible. Doesn’t look like they’ve been renovated since the 80s.

Did not enjoy my stay here. Rooms are ok but could use renovating. Lots of people gathering in the parking lot, entrance doors propped open so anyone can get inside with no key. Did not feel safe at all. Someone had children and the kids was in and out, letting the door slam very loudly. For the price they charge it is not worth it. They need to get better control of their guest and definitely get better internet and clean the rooms much more frequently. The time I was there, the room was not cleaned one time. This property really need to do better.
