The breakfast was too small, limited and not a buffet one, the rooms were too small with broken bathroom door.

The reviews on this page, I feel there's too many bad reviews, I was very doubtful cause I read them after my booking was finalized, came there with a negative expectation, @Comrades runners this place is 6,6km away from expo a good quiet, elegant and classy spot for your next year downrun.

service from arrival even worse during break fast we had to wait for our food for almost 2 hours with is very disturbing and disappointing.

The room was just standard room and had most of the things you would find in such a room. Secured the placed at a special prize because it was during the off peak time.

Breakfast was served without juice or even water. Treatment from person labeled as the manager on the day left so much to be desired. If she was a trainee manager, it is understandable hopefully she will grow after our encounter. The location of the hotel is not a good one. The design of the hotel doesn't cater for people with disabilities (especially wheelchair)and old citizens and yet I saw an old citizen struggling on the stairs. Thanks to the people who were accompanying her because they could support her while walking down the stairs.
