The Myrtles Plantation

Very cool and historic site. Lots of construction going on during out stay, including the noise of constant chain saws when trying to enjoy the nature on the front porch of the cabin. Cabin itself was extremely hot, A/C worked during the day but did not cut on at all during the night time.

This was my second time at the Myrtle’s, and it will not be my last. Lord willing. Everyone involved with the property is very kind and knowledgeable about the historic past. We didn’t have a spooky experience, but just being there was magical.

The historic quaintness of the Myrtles, along with the fun and informative evening tour, made for a wonderful stay. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our tour guide did a great job of sharing Myrtles history and legends, while adding his own flair to the storytelling. Breakfast was simple and delicious! Had we not been short on time, we would have loved to stay another night.

Probably one of the best we’ve stayed. Staff were awesome and the property was great!

Town is close by

This place is like staying inside the park at Disneyland. Such a cool place.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and we love the perks of having a complimentary breakfast and tour of the plantation. That was our 6th time going because we love it so much!
