Good location on the North Shore. Clean and tidy. Comfortable beds.

Lock box details and contact number provided were those of the previous owner, which caused concern when we were trying to check in late at night. New landlord did respond to msg sent via booking.com with the correct lockbox number and was very responsive to messages sent, promising to fix this.

No heating all weekend No Wi-Fi working No television

There was loads of space and the bed was so comfy best place I have stayed in for comfort. balcony was beautiful and it’s in a great location everything you need is assembled in a few minutes the owner of the property was lovely and very dry friendly.

The floor was covered in bits my child found 2 old ballon that had poped on the floor that hadn’t been noticed and cleaned up in and put one in his mouth luckily I noticed this other wise it could of ended badly, the bathroom windows don’t open neither does the toilet and no extractor fan so when showering it gets very steamy, one of the bedroom windows was broke so it couldn’t be opened and it’s was warm also the wall paper was falling off the kitchen side and a lot of the walls have cracks the floor boards are very loads and when you have a small child have to be careful it doesn’t wake them

It was spacious and the fact of the bathroom and the toilet be separate was good There tram and bus are near and there were small shops, which was good

The house had too much dust. Specially behind the furnitures which is bad for us because we have sinus. We contacted Dana the manager and she came with a cloth and spray and cleaned one of the bedrooms windows that was disgustingly dirty When we got in the smell of mould was strong, in fact there is mould on the hall painting at the entrance the windows were dirty from the outside and most of them were sealed. There was mould on the bathroom tiles and the shower too. The mattress have stain and we putted some towels on but the manager lied saying we were the ones staining it. The wardrobes old and falling apart and dusty so we kept our things in the bag. And now we are being scammed and accusing us of damaging some things in the property to not give the deposit that is not even a big amount when it was already like that when we arrive. I regret not have read the reviews before this is not a 5 star holiday house. Don’t book it guys. You will definitely regret it. I will never book to spend my holidays in that house 🤮🤮 I have emails and proof if needed.

It was in a good enough location to the main parts

I stayed at what is stated as a luxury apartement on the 2nd august until departure on the 5th august with family for my birthday weekend so thought sounds amazing it's luxury and the photos show this.and then we get there and that's a different story. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OR ADVISE ANYONE TO BOOK THIS APARTMENT. It is disgusting I did take pictures and vidoes on arrival The apartement is not within saftey regulations all but 1 fire extinguisher were empty and nearly 4 years out of date and that with the windows sealed closed is really bad and very unsafe .it is also illegal. The pins on the extinguishers have been pulled out and you can see on the gauges that there almost empty The back door lock didnt work at all which I'm guessing is why there was a spanner left by the back door to the terrace. The property's description is stated as luxury which is very very misleading and incorrect the photos do not match up to the current state of the property when we arrived.and have been notified by someone from blackpool that the photos were taken around 7 years ago.

It's in a very good area, close to trams, shops, pubs, cafes and the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was good to have a terrace to sit put in the nice weather.

The place could have been cleaner. I did give feedback to the property manager but have since read a lot of reviews about the same areas not being cleaned. The windows don't open which made cooking impossible as the fire alarm kept going off, this was with the fan on. Bathroom and toilet windows also didn't open which wasn't ideal and can't help but feel locked windows is a bit of a fire hazard. The small bedroom up the top was unbearable to sleep in because of the heat. There is a skylight with no curtain and again this doesn't open, it was lovely weather when we stayed so the room was like an oven. The other bedrooms were fine because they did have windows.
