"Noisy but does the job for the right person"

Check-in was super easy and the place is clean, with full kitchen facilities.

The room was very small with the bed right next to windows overlooking busy A road. It was too noisy to sleep there so I found other accommodation. It might be ok for someone who is a heavy sleeper, or planning on having quite a lot to drink the night before and just needs somewhere to crash.

Room was very comfy, everything you need including a nice shower. TV and wifi was great. My only issue would be to put more hooks on the wall for hanging big towels/coat etc, but it's a small issue! Facilities in the kitchen were great home from home feel, plus I made good use of the dining room and lounge. Friendly staff who did the room turn overs, they were very helpful 10/10 . Location was fantastic, short walk to the town and seafront!

The front room could be noisy with traffic, need double glazing!

"Superplek in Falmouth, en heel betaalbaar!"

Fijn om alle ruimte te hebben om te koken, te eten, te ontspannen in de zitlounge. Alles is goed onderhouden én goed gefaciliteerd. En een wasmachine met droogrekjes! Fietsen konden we binnen wegzetten. Prima plek in Falmouth!

Slaapkamer is klein, wastafel nog kleiner..

"Good location. Not enough space in the bathrooms."

The location was perfect for our purpose.

There wasn’t enough headroom in the single room for a 5ft 10in person. The bathroom was almost inaccessible as it was so cramped. My 6ft 4in son had to have the double room but even that bathroom was too cramped for him.

Location was great, short walk to the town and seafront. Facilities in Kitchen and use of dining area was very useful. Staff are brilliant! Enjoyed my stay, thank you.

Maybe more hooks for towels/clothes. Shelf for kettle etc a little awkward to use, would be better repositioned.
