The Brenton Hotel

Highly recommended hotel in Newport! From the valet, reception, restaurant and room services - the entire staff was welcoming and nice. The hotel was clean, elegant and exceptional. We will definitely stay at The Brenton’s again, should we come back with some family guests.

Design wise it’s off the charts, friendly, accommodating, beds are comfortable bar is wonderful… clean and just easy to relax at! It was our 3rd time and back we will be back again and again!

This hotel was one of the..if not the best experiences I’ve had while traveling. Rooms are large/well designed and clean as a whistle. Staff is absolutely excellent. There is a clear presence of a talented manager. Delicious food HIGHY RECOMMEND

My wife and I just spent our 36th wedding anniversary in Newport and stayed at The Brenton. Our experience there could not have been better! The location is great! The room was super clean and the floor plan excellent!! The greatest part of our stay there was the amazing Staff! For us southerners, we know great hospitality, and it was present at every turn at The Brenton. From check-in to departure back to NC, CJ, Johnny, Maggie, and Aidan made our stay special. Genuinely great people! We won’t forget how amazing our time there was!!!

We just stayed at The Brenton for a weekend getaway and it was fantastic. The guest room was beautiful with a view of the harbor. On each guestroom floor, there is a "kitchen" where you can get filtered or sparkling water, ice cubes and free ice cream novelties. Fresh baked cookies delivered at turn down, extremely comfortable beds and a great seating area. The hotel was very clean and the service was excellent. Breakfast in the "Living Room" was very nice each morning and our server helped to start each day on a positive note. Great location within walking distance to the sites of downtown Newport - shops, restaurants, boating. We loved it and hope to make it back.

The hotel was amazing! Staff and service were top notch- valet and check-in were above and beyond. Clean, new, modern, comfortable. Great extras like the pantry for water, ice, and ice cream. Great location too!

Fantastic stay at the Brenton. The bed was so comfy, loved the rain shower, and staff were very helpful. We were only there one night, but will plan to come back. Thanks!
