The Brenton Hotel

Very nice place.

I just want to take a second to thank everyone at the The Brenton Hotel. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with smiles and immediate attention. I had my dog with me for our first road trip together and was a little nervous. (He is a rescue and isn't a big fan on people approaching him, so he can be intimidating to some at first glance). Within minutes, my mind was at ease. Aiden made sure to give special attention to my dog which seriously just warmed my heart. From Maurice, to Mac, Todd, Carrie, CJ at the valet ( we listen to the same music ). Andy, the GM, was so nice and clearly takes pride in making this place a home away from home for us travelers. I have stayed in many hotels in my day, and I have never left with such a feeling that I made lifelong friends as I did at the The Brenton Hotel. Aiden especially went above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. On behalf of myself and Cooper thank you all for such an amazing experience. Wonderful stay with my two pups. The location is perfect, the room was clean and bright. The amenities are wonderful. I would absolutely stay again on my next trip to Newport!

Great hotel - super modern and trendy. About 10 minute walk to Thames Street, awesome location!

Staff was really attentive and helpful, we needed a lint roller and they brought up to the room within 5 minutes. we also had a hard time with the heat in the shower at first and they came up immediately, helped up and allowed us to have extended check out due to the situation. Mckenzie at the front desk was so kind and very helpful!
