Die Lage am Meer.

Das Zimmer war alt, angewöhnt. Nicht gut gewartet und gepflegt z. B. Fenster & Balkontür waren verrostet und haben nicht geschlossen. Vorhänge und Verdunkler waren schmutzig, verrostet, speckig und sind in der Hand zerbröselt. Das Bad hat gemuffelt, war dreckig und es hat durch das Dach getropft.

"It was a terrible night for my family"

Because of the shape of the room, you can hear every noise around. At 04:00 am next room opened music loudly in the garden. we all family woke up. I get out the room to warn him but his dog barked and ran after me. There was no one at reception when i called. Probably he was using dr*gs and didnt stop for an half hour. A normal Human being would stop the noise, but he didnt, Because he knows there was no one from staff. we were about to call police but than afraid, maybe he is a criminal, than wait helplessly . Next morning i asked to guys at reception about this situation, They even didnt say sorry. For Families I never recommend if you brave enough to deal with those kind of people you may try.

This is the worst hotel you'll find in Tulum. Stay away! It should have a maximum of 2 stars! Absolutely not 4, it's a scam! The hotel is dirty, the rooms are dark, there's no hot water, the shower water is dirty and smells like rot, the towels and sheets are all stained and torn, and there's no beach towel service. Stay away from this place and be wary of the positive reviews. There are many other 3-star hotels in Tulum that are much nicer and cleaner than this one!

La ubicación frente al mar

El agua de la ducha y el baño era salada, las instalaciones estaban muy deterioradas, no había seguridad en las ventanas ni ningún tipo de traba, el olor a cloaca cada vez que usabas el baño. En general el alojamiento estaba súper deteriorado.
