Hotel San Jose

We loved our stay here! We were in town for a photoshoot so I had several crew members also staying. Easy check-in, we were upgraded to a mini-suite which was perfect, great amount of space and really nice to have a little desk area. Loved the amenities, esp the curated snackies :) Also really liked the bathroom products. But the best part was sitting in the courtyard area near the pool hanging out with a glass of wine or frose (shout out Brian thanks for all your hospitality!) Also a cute little pool and amazing coffee/breakfast tacos (vegan black bean + avocado was fire) next to the hotel and you can charge to the room which is v convenient. We usually stay at Soho but they were booked up so we found San Jose, and will absolutely stay here next time!

Location is a 10 out of 10, staff is and was an 11 out of 10! Restaurants, coffee shops, shops of every sort as well as amazing Austin music venues right outside your door. Easy access to restaurants and shops of 1st street too, bat bridge and everything Austin. I definitely look forward to going back again!

The location is fabulous but what truly made imy stay fantastic was the staff. From the front desk to the bar/lounge - they were all great I was there for three nights and every single person there went out of their way to make my stay amazing. After requesting for an iron prior to arriving - Arrived to a lovely steamer already in my room. They all were super friendly personable and helpful. Needed a bit of assistance to do with my room and they didn’t hesitate to come to my aid and ensure everything worked out for me. The pool and lounge area is super cute and private. Loved my room location too and felt very safe and secure. This will Definitely be my go to when in Austin.

A little quieter fridge for those that are light sleepers :) it gurgles a Bit loudly. Or maybe it was the air conditioner but no big deal. Got lovely heat for the cold nights and cooling for the hot days.

Room 26 was rather bright at night due to floodlights of a parkinglot (?) at the back of our room. Room was basic for the price charged but quit, no noise from traffic

Hotel San Jose is simply top notch with the best, most relaxing/peaceful vibes. The hotels meticulous curation speaks volumes for its care and detail. Clean rooms and terrific staff. Could not recommend more!
