The Hotel San Jose is fantastic! Unique boutique hotel with great charm in a fantastic location. Staff was helpful and ambiance is awesome. Funky and cool. Great art. Charming pool and patio area. And Jo's coffee, breakfast tacos and outdoor dining area are the best!

If you want to spend a week end in Austin and get the feel for south congress / downtown Austin, this place is ideal. It’s located right off south congress but it feels secluded and quiet. The pool is a bit small. Parking is very convenient. Breakfast options / setup is a bit limited, but you’re walking distance from excellent spots.
