Great pool A lot of activities for the kids Nice beach A lot of space and very peaceful considering the size. Liked having the option to pay deposit or pay as you go on extras.

Did not like the design of our garden view room. Clearly not for a family of 4 but even if I was staying in with just my wife I would not like. Having the bathroom all open and the bath dominating the space makes it all very impractical. Tend to prefer privacy when using the toilet Gym was very limited but a nice space

Amazing room with most stunning view of ocean and sunset. Was a big resort and very accomodating

If you swim in the beach be aware of jellyfish as my husband got stung

It was kids friendly, not only for adults. Amazing restaurants and their breakfast buffet was amazing.

They forgot to decorate my room, as we got married at the resort.

Все понравилось! Было супер! На море были волны, нельзя было купаться. В бассейн нельзя ходить после 20:00, а хотелось вечером поплавать. Завтраки разнообразные, много фруктов, смузи, пончики, очень вкусный скрэмбл, есть сыр, колбаски, сосиски, супы, много разнообразной выпечки. Есть теннисный корт, нужно записаться на время. Есть развозка в город в двух направлениях

На унитазе по ночам сидел большой таракан, днем он прятался , а ночью выходил и сидел в одном и том же месте.

The staff serve us called Khang so friendly. He assist and help recommend their menu. Have a good view and yummy food.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort. The resort is beautiful, with a fantastic swimming pool, friendly staff, and a relaxing atmosphere. A special thank you to Thien at the pool bar, who made some excellent cocktails for us and provided great service throughout our stay. His friendly attitude made our experience even more enjoyable. We would happily recommend this resort and look forward to returning in the future.

Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort was truly an experience on its own. We were lucky to get a mesmerising beach view from our hotel room, with an equally stunning overlook of the iconic Phu Quoc sunset, along with the hotel pool. The hotel was well equipped , providing us whatever we requested free of cost no matter the time or unusual nature of the request. Staff was very kind and friendly, giving us suggestions about what local areas to visit and what time would be appropriate. Our room was always cleaned minutes upon request, very neatly and swiftly taking just a fraction of time and causing us absolutely no inconvenience. Also loved the dark chocolate offered every evening during sundown, certainly was very delicious. As vegetarians, we had an amazing time dining at the Pullman breakfast buffet, where the chef was kind enough to make my family and I a modified vegetarian version of their signature noodle soup dish. The beach was stunning with clear waters and nothing to complain about. There were also a variety of activities to enjoy with friends and family such as bonfires, archery etc. A lifeguard was present at all times, ensuring a safe visit. The pool too was an amenity that was loved by my family and I, where we went not once but on multiple occasions during our 3 night stay, and was the highlight of our stay. Overall I would like to conclude that Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort has been an unforgettable experience that we will surely reminisce sometime in the future. Our stay here was nothing short of extraordinary, and the bar has been set very high.
