"Very comfortable."

Always stay here when I travel from hull for a hospital appointment, it is in a good location for me to catch the train, the staff are always welcoming, friendly and professional. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and value for money.

Everything ok, I have nothing to complain about.

Lovely receptionist was helpful

Room so small it was barely big enough for two. Awful beds, uncomfortable springs and we were bitten by bed bugs. Nowhere to hang towels.

"had a good time and would stay again if i was to come to birmingham in the future"

breakfast could of been hotter but it is hard to keep breakfast hot when its a buffet but it was lovely

the bed was lumpy and you could hear the spring twinging

"Very friendly staff and a short walk from the station, and Cadbury World"

As it was a heatwave I didn't have an appetite, but I thought the menu was very good and reasonably priced. I was very glad there was an outside sitting area.

It would have been useful to have had a rubber mat in the shower and also a handrail in the shower
