Avon Inn

Beautiful Inn, excellent food and drinks, and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. It is also within driving distance of several breweries, wineries, and parks (such as Letchworth State Park). We will absolutely be staying at the Avon Inn again in the near future!

A restored landmark that has been preserved yet complete with modern essentials

The property is an 1840's historic house turned late 19th century spa, turned inn. It does not have an elevator, but the inn keepers are very happy to take your bags. Beautiful veranda on which to enjoy cocktails or a meal.

Attentive and cordial staff.

If you happen to be traveling through Livingston county, this is the place to stay. This historic inn is beautiful, well maintained, and very clean. The staff go out of their way to be friendly and offer any help needed. We stayed in the bridal room . The king sized, adjustable bed was comfortable. Usually, I don’t sleep well away from home; here I did. Read the history of this place and the famous people who stayed here!

A great place to spend a weekend in a picturesque part of New York State. The hotel staff person Ashley was very friendly and efficient and the price was reasonable.

It’s a beautiful town, with a city square. The hotel is a unique , restaurant , old fashioned hotel. Easy parking and friendly hardworking staff!

Beautiful old building. Room was very nice. My only issue was the place not being staffed enough. Check inn time was limited and conflicted with my previous plans. I would stay again, but I would have to plan better

This is THE place to stay in the charming upstate town of Avon. The renovations completed a few years ago have left the gorgeous historical character intact, while adding modern functionality and comfort. The staff is friendly and efficient, parking is convenient, and the location within a short walk of downtown. We shall definitely return.
